Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club is located at 211 W. 22nd Street, San Pedro, CA 90731. Boats will be stored in the dry storage area adjacent to Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club, and trailers will be stored in a nearby parking lot.
 
Parking for the event will be in nearby public lots. One lot is directly across the street from the clubhouse, and another is half a block to the East at 22nd and Harbor. Between them, there should be ample parking. Parking will not be allowed in the club lot or in the lot for the adjacent marinas.
 
Competitor Transportation:
Competitors (or anyone, for that matter) should arrive at LAX and LGB airports between 0900 and 1400 on Sunday, August 1, 2010. We are negotiating a special rate with Super Shuttle, who will deliver you directly to the clubhouse. At this time (subject to further negotiation and change), it is $29 each way. Additional ground transport information will be provided after we have flight information from competitors.
 
From Los Angeles Airport (and points generally North):
I-405 South (from the airport, follow the signs)
Take I-110 South
I-110 turns into Gaffey Blvd (left 3 lanes)
Continue on Gaffey to 22nd Street
Left on 22nd Street
CBYC is on the right side of the street at the bottom of the hill.
 
From Long Beach Airport (and points generally South):
I-405 North (from the airport, right on Lakewood to the on-ramp)
Take I-710 South
Keep Right at fork - West Ocean Blvd/Terminal Island/San Pedro/Hwy 47
At the end of the big green bridge, take Harbor Blvd Exit
Right on Harbor Blvd (Harbor becomes Miner St.).
Right on 22nd Street.
CBYC is on the left side of the street about a block down.
